Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your EvoTech account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
